These coaching sessions are designed to help people who are just starting their goal crushing journey (or people who’ve encountered a roadblock along the way) to get in the right mindset to plan & perform from a place of infinite possibility.
These coaching sessions are the result of my 3+ years working as a life coach with over 300 individual clients served to find purpose and direction, emotional peace, and equips them with the specific tools they require in the moment to bust through their recurring patterns.
You should be ready for…
⟶ A lot of questions! Toward the beginning of our session, I’ll be asking you a lot of questions to get more clear on where you’re at, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what you’ve done so far to get there. This will help me to show you how to see things differently, so that you can open new doors to potential pathways that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.
⟶ Making a commitment to yourself! You’ll have massive space to dream as big as you possibly can, and we will create a SMART plan together to get you on your way to reaching your goals. This will make your “crazy dream” seem like something that’s actually achievable, so that you can make a confident commitment to work toward your goal, a little bit everyday.
⟶ Tools to take with you! Depending on you, your current needs, and what we discuss, I will give you some kind of technique to use later to create motivation and momentum. This will be great for you to use when you’re in the moment and need a little extra encouragement, so that you can summon the energy to keep going when you “don’t feel like it.”

☑ A 20-minute “get to know you” chat before the session begins. This lets us “warm up,” so I can get a feel for who you are and where you’re at today.
☑ A 60(ish)-minute coaching session. Set an intention, and work from there to create an action plan to get you where you want to go.
☑ A recording of our session for you to replay on-demand anytime. Receive a copy of your session to download and replay as many times as you want, so you can refresh yourself on any juicy moments.
